3. Our Products

Our Icons sells sports-inspired art prints, produced and fulfilled through professional printing partners.

We aim to display product images, colours, dimensions and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products.

Customers should check product sizes, specifications and framing options before ordering.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

We will send an order acknowledgement to the email address provided. A contract is formed when we accept your order, normally by confirming that it has been accepted for processing.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where products are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, suspected fraud is identified or a genuine pricing error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout.

5. Pricing and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or at checkout.

Delivery charges and applicable taxes will be shown before the customer completes the purchase.

Production and delivery estimates are provided during the purchasing process or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment is agreed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our published Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Eligible consumers may have statutory cancellation rights when purchasing online. Exceptions may apply to products made to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised.

The fact that a print is produced after an order is placed does not, by itself, necessarily remove statutory cancellation rights.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact info@our-icons.com.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork.

You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our artwork or website materials without appropriate permission.

Our website is hosted using Shopify and may include services provided by third parties, including payment processors and delivery providers.

We aim to maintain reliable website access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in your order information.
