RETURN POLICY
Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are glad to help you! You can exchange or return up toΒ 14 daysΒ after the date of delivery.
Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily in the following 3 steps:
1. Send us an email at info@our-icons.co, and tell us if you want to exchange or return your product(s). We will send you our return form.
2.Β Fill in the return form that we sent via email. Fill in clearly which items you want to return and if you would like to exchange your items or want a refund.
3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package.Β
4.Β After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse,Β we will process your return shipment within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.
Our Icons offers a hassle-free return policy. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The items must be in an unworn and unwashed condition, with labels still attached, suitable for resale.
Items purchased during a sale or giveaway are not eligible for return. However, you can return and exchange them for another product or voucher.
We offer free returns for our customers. We will create a cost-free return label for you via email. You can then return the package using the courier of your choice.
If you want to exchange a product, let us know when you register your return. We will process your exchange request within a few days.
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five-digit code. If you have trouble finding it, please contact our customer service team.
f you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@our-icons.com with a picture of the issue. Our customer service team will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Please ensure that you return your order within the 14-day return period. If you are unable to do so, please contact our customer service team for possible options. We may offer you a replacement product or voucher.
We process returns within 10 working days of receiving the package in our warehouse. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
