Our Icons offers a hassle-free return policy. You can return your order within 10 days of receipt for any reason. The items must be in an unused condition, with labels still attached, suitable for resale.

Items purchased during a sale or giveaway are not eligible for return. However, you can return and exchange them for another product or voucher.

Return costs will need to be covered by the buyer. You can then return the package using the courier of your choice but we advise using a tracked service just incase of any problems.

If you want to exchange a product, let us know when you register your return. We will process your exchange request within a few days.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five-digit code. If you have trouble finding it, please contact our customer service team.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at ouriconsinfo@gmail.com with a picture of the issue. Our customer service team will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that you return your order within the 10 day return period. If you are unable to do so, please contact our customer service team for possible options. We may offer you a replacement product or voucher.

We process returns within 10 working days of receiving the package in our warehouse. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
