When will I get my order?
It takes 4-5 days to deliver an order. You will receive shipping updates from the moment your order is shipped out.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with local printing partners all over the world. Fulfillment country for each order is carefully selected by our advanced routing algorithm at the time of ordering. Products are fulfilled in 18 countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production center. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
No, you will not be charged for customs on your order. We work with local printing partners and therefor customs will in most cases not occur. In the rare case in which it does we are happy to cover these costs for you. Please contact us via email@example.com.
How are your products made?
I work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand partner. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
I'm so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or was incorrect. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at email@example.com within four weeks' time with photos of the damaged or incorrect product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
